Training courses and GA June 2024 in Vienna (AT)

ecorisQ will be present as a sponsor at the Interpraevent 2024 conference, which takes place from 10 to 13 June 2024 in the Conference Center Hofburg Vienna, Austria. We will organise our general assembly in parallel, where all ecorisQ members are cordially invited. This will take place from 18h30 – 20h00 on wednesday 12 June 2024 in MQ Vienna (MuseumsQuartier, 6 min. walk from the Hofburg) in Barocke Suite C, right above the main entrance. Our board member Dr. Chris Philipps will kick-off the GA with a 25 min. presentation on "Reflections on my 45 years of ‘bioengineering’ research on landslides and vegetation", which promises to be both interesting and entertaining. Drinks will be provided.

On friday 14 June 2024 we will organise two full-day training courses at the BOKU in Vienna: one on landslide hazard assessment (see the details here:  pdf Program landslide course (112 KB) ) and one on rockfall hazard assessment (see the details here:  pdf Program rockfall course (111 KB) ) using ecorisQ tools and methods.
